It is worth clarifying one thing. I didn’t shoot Tree of Life. I was lucky enough to shoot some 2nd unit for the film under the direction of the brilliant Emmanuel “Chivo” Lubezki. He is a real genius and a wonderful guy. I learned a lot from him.
