In addition to the expanded hours and opening everyday of the week, the Eden Bar has also welcomed a new head chef Ed Hollingsworth to their food and beverage team. He has already taken initiative with the revision and enhancement of the bar’s new cocktail and food menu. Some great plates to try include the ahi tuna accompanied with a mango-ginger sauce and the teriyaki stuffed mushrooms. Chef Hollingsworth’s personal favorite is the prosciutto antipasta panini . If your only looking to grab a few cocktails before show time then definitely consider the new Lemonade Thyme -Skyy vodka, fresh squeezed lemonade, and fresh thyme or Black Currant Mojito-Bombay Sapphire gin, Black Currant Liqueur, fresh squeezed lemonade, splash of soda.
