It’s a long weekend, and perhaps as a gift for your “hard labors” Wilco is streaming their new album, The Whole Love on their website, but only for the next 24 hours, so you Wilco fans need to hurry it up and catch it before you miss it!
The Whole Love will be the band’s eighth studio album, and it will be produced on their brand new record label dBpm. The first single on the album is “I Might,” and the B-side (which will be featured in the 2-disc deluxe set) is a cover of Nick Lowe’s “I Love My Label” from 1997. Also, expect some unexpected “shredding” on this new album stream, and if that just isn’t enough for you then maybe a Twitter endorsement from Fleet Foxes’ Robin Pecknold will win you over. Or maybe it won’t.
The Whole Love will officially be released in its entirety on Sept. 27, 2011.
